I sold boxes of holiday mini cupcakes at an open house last weekend.
The holiday flavors are:Pumpkin with chocolate ganache and cream cheese frosting
Chocolate with chocolate ganache and raspberry frosting (love these holly sprinkles I found)
Chocolate with chocolate ganache and peppermint frosting
Egg nog with crushed rum candy
I just can't decide which flavor was my favorite.
I put them in these nice red boxes. I think they look cute and festive.
I'm going to do something similar for Valentine's Day, but with romantic flavors instead. These fancy minis are a fun alternative to the typical box of chocolates.
